Cancellation Policy
At BraidsNBeyond your appointment is a reserved luxury experience, and your time is just as valuable as mine. To ensure the best service for all clients, please review the following policy:
✨ Deposits
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit goes toward your final service total.
✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling
I kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to accommodate other clients.
✨ Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
✨ No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay 50% before booking again.
✨ Grace Period
A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.
✨ Same-Day Appointments
Same-day bookings must be confirmed and paid promptly to secure your slot.
